Welcome to Three Rivers Driving School! We are Mark and Valerie, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to bringing a higher standard of road safety to our local community. Safety and community are at the heart of everything we do; we’ve combined our decades of professional experience with our passion for local leadership to create a family-owned school you can trust.

Between the two of us, we share over 40 years of experience at UPS, where we built our careers on the foundation of professional, disciplined, and safe driving.

Mark | Owner & Lead Instructor
Mark’s expertise is backed by a 20-year career at UPS, where he spent 14 years specifically training and certifying new professional drivers in advanced safety protocols. Today, he brings that high-level expertise to our students. As a certified instructor with extensive coursework in defensive driving, Mark is passionate about passing on the expert knowledge and hands-on coaching every student needs to become a confident driver for life.

Valerie | Owner & Operations Manager   
While Valerie also spent 21+ years as a professional driver for UPS, her heart is rooted in community leadership. As the PTSO President at Mt. Solo Middle School and President of the Cowlitz Youth Booster Club, which supports over 300 members, she is a familiar face in our local schools and volunteer circles. Valerie manages the office and daily operations, ensuring every family receives a seamless, professional, and positive experience.

As long-time residents, parents of a large family, and active community members, we understand the importance of trust and safety. We treat every student like one of our own and look forward to helping your teen navigate the road ahead with skill and confidence.
